DIRECT AND INDIRECT ROOM RADIATION

In general, the room air is irradiated with relatively low UV irradiance. The highest efficiency in air disinfection is achieved when each beam travels the greatest possible distance before being absorbed by an object surface.

In order to use the UV radiation efficiently, the lamps are equipped with reflectors made of ultra-pure aluminum. The reflector directs the radiation towards the area to be irradiated.

How to use the UV lamps effectively
The disinfection fittings can be used for indirect (and/or direct) irradiation of rooms, for disinfecting workplaces, as a UV radiation barrier between two rooms or in air conditioning systems.

Lights for indirect use
These lights are suitable for disinfecting the room air while people are in the room. They must be installed in such a way that people cannot be hit by the radiation and it is not possible to see into the lamp.

Luminaires for direct use
When directly irradiating rooms, it must be ensured that no persons are present in the room during the irradiation time

Attention:
UV radiation is dangerous for skin and eyes! Eyes and skin must be protected accordingly. It should be noted that the user is responsible for the safety of persons in the room.
