PURION UV SETS FOR TANK STERILIZATION
PURION UV sets are used for UV-based disinfection in tanks, e.g. in the food industry. The focus here is on the continuous disinfection of the air above the water surface and the interface between water and air. This prevents germs from entering the tank through the air as the water level varies. In addition, the formation of biofilms on the inside of the tanks is greatly inhibited. PURION offers you various solutions depending on the tank geometry and tank materials.
PURION UV Sets with Sealing Flange
The PURION UV Set with a sealing flange can be used on all flat container walls. The stainless steel flange of these PURION UV Sets has three drill holes, allowing it to be securely screwed to flat housing walls. A seal in the flange ensures the system's tightness.
PURION UV Sets with Weld-In Sealing System
The PURION weld-in UV Set is used wherever surfaces and the airspace in stainless steel tanks or similar need to be safely disinfected. The included V4A weld-on nozzle can be easily attached to curved surfaces for the UV Set installation, providing a great degree of flexibility during assembly.
PURION IBC UV-Set with Tank Lid
The PURION IBC UV Set is equipped with three drill holes, allowing it to be securely screwed into an IBC tank lid with two additional tank penetrations. A gasket in the flange ensures the system's tightness. Due to its equipment with shatter protection and a safety mount, this UV set is very robust and suitable for mobile and outdoor applications.
The PURION IBC UV-Set Universal is used for installation in non-completely rigid housing walls. The stainless steel flange is mounted in a holder with three drill holes. Using the three holes in the flange holder, it is securely screwed to the housing of an IBC tank. Due to its equipment with shatter protection and a safety mount, this UV set is very robust and suitable for mobile and outdoor applications.
