PURION® TROPICAL BOXES

Tropical boxes are used especially for self-sufficient and germ-free drinking water treatment in areas where there is no or only an unreliable mains power supply. Their design makes them easy to transport and therefore ideal for local drinking water supply solutions.

Thanks to their low energy consumption, they can be operated for up to 20 hours with the integrated battery, which can be charged via a solar panel or 110-230 V plug-in power supply.

The systems are designed for an irradiation dose of 400 J/m², which guarantees a disinfection rate of 99.99% if the specified flow rate is not exceeded.

Two configurations are available:
 

1. PURION TROPENBOX active with integrated pump
2. PURION TROPENBOX passive without pump
