With the DUAL OPD version of the PURION DUAL product range, both systems are operated or switched simultaneously.

The control system is implemented via a control box.
In addition, UVC intensity monitoring (OPD) is integrated for the first system in the flow direction.
Due to the simultaneous switching, the current UVC intensity for the entire DUAL system is thus
