COOLING LUBRICATING EMULSIONS, FUELS
Biologically contaminated coolants, lubricating emulsions and fuels can be the cause of skin diseases among users. PURION® UV systems from the Pro series combine powerful UV lamps with suitable reactors and ensure effective disinfection even if the liquid in question is very cloudy.
The systems in the PURION® series for disinfecting cooling lubricant emulsions and fuels are supplied ready to plug in with connection cable and safety plug. Depending on the transmission present, the systems can be equipped with different lamps to ensure the required dose.
The water film thickness of these special thin-film systems is only 2 mm. This ensures optimum penetration of the medium and thus reliable disinfection.
All systems can also be equipped with operating hours monitoring.
