Drinking water is also a scarce commodity in many regions of the world due to biological contamination. PURION® UV systems ensure effective disinfection based on the minimum dose of 400 J/m² guaranteed by the systems for the specified flow rate and transmission.

The systems in the PURION® series for drinking water disinfection are made of electropolished stainless steel approved for use with drinking water. They are supplied ready to plug in with connection cable and safety plug. The systems are designed for an irradiation dose of 400 J/m², which corresponds to the specifications of the Drinking Water Ordinance and guarantees a disinfection rate of 99.99% if the specified flow rate is not exceeded.

All systems can also be equipped with operating hours and/or UVC intensity monitoring.
