PURION® 1000

PURION® UV systems are characterised by their exceptionally high disinfection performance, compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.

The PURION® 1000 system is available in electropolished stainless steel. It is used for the disinfection of drinking water with flow rates up to 1000 l/h and a transmission (or turbidity) of the water of at least 90% per cm. Another area of application includes, among others, pools and fish ponds up to a size of 10,000 liters with continuous circulation.

The UV emitters used are characterized by a long service life, high disinfection performance, and low energy consumption. Optionally, the power supply can be 230 V/50 Hz or 12 V DC, 24 V DC, and 110 V/60 Hz.

The compact design allows for easy and tool-free removal and replacement of lamps, for example, at the end of the emitter's service life. For cleaning purposes, the quartz immersion tube can also be disassembled or assembled without tools. The water to be treated flows through the housing and is guided specifically along the quartz immersion tube, in which the lamp is mounted. The minimal water film thickness of only 7.5 mm, referring to the distance between the UV light emission at the quartz tube surface and the inner wall of the housing, ensures optimal penetration of the water by the UV light.
