MOBILE CONCEPT BY PURION

The PURION mobile tripe solution enables UV disinfection of the water with a PURION UV system when (1.) filling the tank with water, when (2.) storing the water in the tank and when (3.) removing the water from the tank.

MOBILE CONCEPT PRINCIPLE

I Initial situation:
In the context of mobile applications, e.g. caravans, expedition vehicles or boats, there is often a desire for a reliable, self-sufficient water supply without having to resort to plastic bottles. Therefore, self-sufficient water treatment in storage tanks is required, as impurities can already be present in the water when the tanks are filled or can build up over time, e.g. due to contamination.

0 Step Arrangement/ Installation

The installation of the product set is of course customized. Filtering for sediment is always carried out before the first 3-way valve. The pump follows the first 3-way valve. This is followed by filtration using activated carbon and then disinfection using the PURION UV system. The second 3-way valve should then be installed after the UV system.

Step 1: PURION mobile triple solution: Filling

To fill the water tank, the two 3-way valves are set to the "fill" position:

• The pump delivers the water from the respective source and stores it in the tank
• Pre-filtration with sediment and activated carbon filter takes place before storage
• Safe sterilization takes place before storage in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance

Step 2 PURION mobile triple solution: Circulation operation during storage

During the use of expedition vehicles and mobile homes, the water may be stored and used for several days or weeks. With the PURION mobile triple solution, it is possible to keep the water continuously and chemical-free in drinking water quality by circulation. For circulation operation, simply change the position of the first 3-way valve:

• The pump pumps the water out of the tank
• Pre-filtration with an activated carbon filter takes place before the water is returned to the tank
• UV sterilization in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance takes place before the water is returned to the tank

The drinking water quality can be maintained without the use of chemicals.

Step 3 PURION mobile triple solution: Withdrawal

In order to meet the highest hygiene standards and to guarantee conformity with the Drinking Water Ordinance, water must be sterilized again when it is removed from the tank. This is very easy to do with the setup described. To remove water, simply change the position of the two 3-way valves again:

• The pump pumps the water out of the tank
• A new pre-filtration activated charcoal filter takes place before removal
• Safe sterilization in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance takes place before tapping

The drinking water quality is ensured in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance.

IV Summary

The PURION mobile triple solution fulfills all the requirements for a solution - chemical-free treatment of the water during:

• Filling the tank with water
• Storage of the water in the tank
• Removal of the water from the tank
• No duplication of devices for water treatment
