If possible, the PURION complete system should be installed lower than the water level so that it is always supplied with water. Any other installation situation higher than the waterline can, depending on the selected design, lead to greater losses in filter performance and should be avoided. It may be necessary to take measures to prevent the water in the pipe from flowing back from the pump into the pool (dry running of the pump!). Please follow the instructions in the information sheet when selecting your complete system.

Operating principle
The pre-assembled PURION POOL plug and play systems are a complete set consisting of pump, pre-filter (quartz granules) and UV disinfection.

1st sediment filter
The pre-filter unit with "top mount" 4 or 6-way valve consists of a polyethylene filter tank and a centrifugal pump. The multi-layer pre-filter is filled with activated filter granulate (special quartz) of different grain sizes.
This reliably removes sediment from the water.
2nd stage
The UV-based disinfection that follows the pre-filter prevents biological activity in the pool water - in particular the formation of algae. In contrast to other processes, this process does not produce any harmful by-products.
Of course, special developments for individual customer requirements are also possible.
