PURION® POOL 20

PURION® UV systems are characterized by an extraordinarily high disinfection performance with a compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.

The PURION POOL 20 system is an integrated concept consisting of filtration and UV-based disinfection of the pool water. It is used to sterilise circulating water from pools.

The upstream filter unit with ‘top mount’ 6-way valve consists of a polyethylene filter tank filled with activated filter granulate made of special quartz and a centrifugal pump. A pre-filter removes any existing turbidity from the water. The subsequent UV-based disinfection prevents biological activity - in particular the formation of algae.

Compared to conventional chemical water treatment, up to 95% of the chemicals used can be dispensed with. The disinfection unit can be equipped with a lamp life monitoring system (OTC).

The PURION UV lamps used are characterised by their long service life, high disinfection performance and low energy consumption.

The compact design allows easy and tool-free lamp removal and lamp replacement, for example at the end of the lamp service life.
