PURION® 2500 90 W

PURION® UV systems are characterized by an extraordinarily high disinfection performance with a compact design and low energy consumption. They are designed in accordance with applicable laws, standards and directives.

The PURION® 2500 90 W system is available in electropolished stainless steel. It is used for the disinfection of drinking water for flow rates of up to 4,000 l/h and a transmission (or turbidity) of the water of at least 90% per cm. The UV lamps used are characterised by their long service life, high disinfection performance, low water film thickness, UV light emission and low energy consumption. The power supply can be either 230V/50Hz, 120V/60Hz or 24V DC (especially for use in mobile devices such as mobile homes and for areas where a stable mains power supply is not guaranteed and alternative energy sources must be used). The PURION® 2500 90 W system can also be equipped with higher wattage lamps to realise higher dose rates than 400 J/m² or for use in media with transmissions below 60% per cm. The power supply is 230 V/50 Hz or 110 V/60 Hz.

The compact design allows easy and tool-free lamp removal and lamp replacement, for example at the end of the lamp's service life. The quartz immersion tube can also be removed or fitted without tools for cleaning purposes. The water to be treated flows through the housing and is channelled along the quartz immersion tube in which the lamp is mounted. The low water film thickness of just 7.5 mm, i.e. the distance between the Uv light outlet on the quartz surface and the inside wall of the housing, guarantees optimum penetration of the water by the Uv light.
