PURION IBC UV-SET WITH TANK CAP DN 150 OR DN 225
These UV sets consist of a quartz protection tube sealed at one end, which is mounted in a stainless steel flange at the other end, a UV lamp, the control box with electronic ballast and the connecting cables.
The stainless steel flange has three holes with which it is firmly screwed into an IBC tank lid with two additional tank feed-throughs. The function of the UV lamp, which is mounted in the quartz protection tube, can be safely checked via the transparent cap on the stainless steel flange. An indicator light signals lamp failure or cable breakage, for example. A potential-free contact linked to this can be used for external signaling or for switching operations.
All PURION IBC UV sets with tank lid are equipped with a shatter protection and safety holder.
