Splinter protection

All AIRPURION systems and the UV sets for tank and surface disinfection are now available with splinter protection. Thanks to a special UVC-permeable coating, no glass splinters can enter the irradiation room or the medium to be treated if the lamp or the quartz protection tube breaks.

Thanks to the innovative "PURION process", this technology has been further improved. The splinter protection is only used for the quartz protection tube. This enables optimum UV-C yield and good usage properties. This is particularly important in food production and processing applications.
Another ADVANTAGE: The lamps can still be replaced in the usual way.
