UVC SENSOR IN STAINLESS STEEL HOUSING
This sensor is suitable for monitoring the UV irradiance of UVC low pressure lamps, UVC high output lamps and UVC amalgam lamps.
Sensor type based on SiC, therefore only UV-sensitive (daylight-blind).
Properties of the sensor chip:
- Broadband UVA-UVB-UVC photodiode
- Optimally suited for measuring strong UVC radiation
- Silicon carbide chip guarantees extreme radiation resistance
- High intrinsic insensitivity to visible light due to semiconductor material with high band gap
- TO-18 metal housing with 0.054mm² active chip area
